Street Stewards and your Association

Due to the size of Bedgrove, the importance of the Street Stewards to the Association has been stressed many times in this publication.  All the roads on Janes-built Bedgrove currently have a Street Steward who collects the subscriptions once a year and delivers the quarterly magazine.  There is always a need for reserves to cover any resignations and at the moment there are only three.  It was reported recently in the local press that the Elmhurst Residents’ Association has disbanded – only three people turned up at a special meeting for that association to continue.  Your main committee remains very active on your behalf (if you do not always agree with their stance, write letters and attend the AGM!!)  Please ensure that all our roads remain with a steward and any volunteers to add to the reserve list should contact Dennis Newman at 14 Turville Road, Tel. 487800
